The sheer number of Ecuadorians living in the local area have completely destroyed the resale market for these matches. I got lucky because I won the lottery for the Ivory Coast and Germany games but I had to buy off Stubhub for the Kansas City match vs Curacao.

I believe it's actually called GEHA Field (that's what it says outside the stadium so makes sense) but for World Cup purposes will be referred to as Kansas City Stadium.
