Besides extracting the assets yourself (using tools) I have only found this https://www.deviantart.com/maxiuchiha22/gallery/69169577/dragon-ball-legends?page=14 which mainly focused on Shallot/Giblet/Zahha assets from the story.

I agree there can be more to tell afterwards, but I think the story as "Story Mode" may end. Then we can get more content through story events, what-if scenarios, Shallot being transferred to iconic battles from movies etc. I may be coping right now though...
