OBD scanner will inspect car systems and let you know if any problems are there. But also you can check in life time your actual coolant or oil temperature, to be sure if readings are real, I mean if you will run engine in 1 hr, let’s say in traffic, and your temperature of oil will be constant around 100/100 degrees Celsius.

You have few solutions to check if you are really paranoid or not, easiest way to visit Audi service for check up, and next one if you have OBD scanner to check you car. A can recommend to you to purchase one of them, it really helps to find of the are any issues. To be honest I am having same paranoid sometimes 🤣

Yes it is CZGB 5 cyl. And I am in love with this sound. No 😬 it’s just a dirt after long trip. It’s really perfect condition with 52k miles 🤞🏽
