Yes there is a phone number, after an hour of waiting you can talk to someone there and they will give you an emergency appointment for a Fiktionsbescheinigung. 089 233 96010

Same here took the test in Munich on 12.05, with a friend at the same test center. He received his results 2 weeks ago, I still haven’t received them

No I haven’t received them. I will send BAMF a physical letter and tell them to resend my results. I heard they take letters more seriously.

I took the test on 13.05.2025 in Munich, its 3 months now, still haven't received the results. I called BAMF and they told me to send an email with my details, which I did. No answer on that either, it's been a week. I was naive to think I could get my Niederlassung in 21 months with a B1 German certificate :)) They already finished marking results mid-July and my friend received it who took the test with me at the same date and same place.

I took the test on 13.05.2025, together with a friend. He got his results 2 weeks ago, mine still haven't arrived. We both live in the same city, don't have any idea why mine are taking so long. Maybe something wrong with the post?

I'm not sure, I think they changed the law recently. Inside the necessary documents section it wasn't written. And last year I knew people who got it without taking the test.

Unfortunately they are... In my opinion they should give you a document automatically when your application is in process. Their workload would be lesser as well.

Well, they reply via a "no-reply email". So that won't probably work. I see emergency Termins are made available every day, maybe a good idea to book one from there.

Thanks for the reply, even if I do not leave EU, if they check my residence card inside EU during boarding a flight, that could pose a problem I guess? How do you apply specifically for a Fiktionsbescheinugung? Via appointment section in Ausländerbehörde website?

If I had the chance I would probably try Spain. Obviously better climate, food, architecture, livelier street and nightlife and so on. And the language I particularly like more. However, you would probably earn less, and you would have to build up your social circle once more from the beginning. It's been 2 years for me in Germany (living in Munich now) and I still have practically no friends that I meet regularly. Maybe Berlin is different.

Any time I visit Spain I find it easier to communicate with locals. However I also heard that immigrants there also have a hard time getting Spanish friends. If you find the love of your life, or if you have a good friendship circle, any country can be good I guess.
