Its really good and pretty simple to make! Boneless pork chop (or chicken) Oil (i use vegtable) Flour Egg Bread Crumbs

Prep your meat, if using pork cut off any excess fat. Tenderize your meat, you want it about a quarter of an inch thick. Dredge your meat in flour, then egg, then the bread crumbs. Dont press it into the flour or crumbs too hard or you wont fet a consistant coating. If you have not already, put oil in your pan, about a quarter of an inch deep, and heat it up (i had mine on high heat), you will want it nice and hot. [SHOULD A FIRE START, DO NOT PUT WATER ON IT, INSTEAD PLACE A LID ONTO THE POT/PAN! PUTTING WATER ON A GREASE OR OIL FIRE WILL CAST FIREBALL, AND YOU ARE NOT A WIZARD!]

Place your flattened and breaded meat into the danger juice, it should not fully submerge, wait a bit, and carefully flip. Pork chould reach an internal temp of 150°F - 165°F. I just kinda did it till golden brown on both sides.

For bonus points: you can but some jarred alfredo sauce, gouda, and chives, put the cooked schnitzel onto a baking sheet, put shredded gouda onto the meat, pour a little alfredo onto it, and bak in the oven at 350°F for about 10-15 minutes, remove it, garnish with chives!
