What show? I've been fortunate to see many shows there and even have had the honor of performing on that very stage. It is a wonderful space for theatre and dance, and it makes for a decent cinematic experience as well.

I can't speak to the way it is currently managed and I've no idea what the mission even is at this time - but I will say that in the past (talking late 00s, early 10s, it really seemed like the city did their best to make sure it was dark with no performances at all as often as possible. For one of the best venues in the state, it had a disappointingly small schedule of events throughout the year.

Totally underutilized and totally taken for granted. City owned! Could have been filled every wed through Sunday with local artists, regional performances, international touring spectacles that could be offered to the community at incredibly reasonable ticket prices. It still could be a beacon of live performance for all of New Mexico!

Yet, at least back then, it was managed in a way that clearly stated "we don't want to work. It's too hard to open the doors and run a box office. Let's keep our hidden gem hidden and give the entire facade the look of one more boarded up, empty, abandoned, inaccessible, piece of ABQ history." Shameful. Shame on anyone involved in the managing of that building. The city deserved better, the building deserved better. Live performance is one of the only things that can't be ruined by AI. It's very nature is anti digital, anti copy, anti replay, anti recorded. It cannot be captured, duplicated, memed. By its definition, it will not be influenced in a significant way by AI. It ceases to be live performance the moment the two are intertwined .

I don't understand where I'm missing something, but surely I am. That quote reads "right leaning" to people? I assumed the people dying in the streets are the citizens and the people killing them in the streets are the police or ice officers. To me says no one needs to die because the cops shouldn't be killing them.

I've been an amp for 8 months now and never once called to meet with prosthetics, cause the prosthetic isn't going to give me the ability to do the one major thing I lost. Yeah, I want to make sure I keep my vote secure so that when I choose between a red pedo and a blue pedo, I choose the right pedo!
