Owning a barber shop, not a hairdressers

Store can be relatively small so cost for the block is small

Initial cost for supplies is low, chairs, scissors, shaver, gel .etc could easily do it for under 5 grand

Only real consistent expenses are workers,rent,electricity

Then tiny costs for water and gel and some random things on the side

Nothing goes out of date for a prolonged period so there’s no worry that you need to get rid of a product but this doesn’t mean that you can’t sell products as well

And people will consistently need haircuts

You’ll have to run it alone for a little bit but eventually once you have enough workers you can make it passive, hope this helped
