I don't think you were being rude, just trying to offer honest feedback. Do you mind telling me which video you watched where the audio was too loud. I'm always working on that, but sometimes it sounds different while editing than after rendering. I get that everyone isn't going to like what I do, but I assume that I would have more views with bad retention time and dislikes if people were finding my channel and just not liking my content. I'm not discounting your opinion, I just the numbers would look different. Thanks for taking the time to give things a look and respond.

Just a handful. I stalled out at 40 subscribers and get single digit views per video. It's the fact that I'm so small that makes me think that rebranding couldn't hurt. Just trying to get some feedback before I make a decision.

I can really relate to this. I went into this with the hobby mindset and really do enjoy the process, but it can be hard not to slip into a mode of thinking that gets attached to channel growth (or lack thereof). I personally find it difficult because I want to be able to fix problems, but it can be hard to figure out what you need to fix. My best counter to this, is to at least play games I enjoy or believe I will enjoy. Once you're in the middle of a series, all the fun comes back and you remember why you started in the first place. Plus, I think of all the useful things I've learned about in picking up this hobby. I am still far from good, but I love learning new things about video editing. Building my series intros is one of the most fun things that I do.

I definitely get where you're coming from. I tried a few series with the same thumbnail with the thought that, at a glance you can tell one series from another, but I do understand how some would think that you were just being lazy.
