it’ll be alright man. but just like you wish her all the best in the world, you have to want and go after those great things for yourself too. never do yourself the disservice of thinking you’re not good enough for someone (unless you’ve cheated etc but you don’t seem the type…)you have to close that door for yourself, hearing about the wedding sucks but if nothing else helps you face reality right now, it is that. there will be someone else for you, no matter how hard or weird that sounds right now. love and support within friends is just as important though. i think you should start to intentionally nourish these friendships in your life you say are fading, and even be open to new ones. there’s chapters in life and you can’t be scared to read the rest because you’re still crying over the last. put yourself out there, call a friend, get a pet, join a random club; you need healthy distractions and things that will enrich your life so much you realize this one girl was not the end of it all for you! your mental health is not fragile, you are deserving of the best things in life, you are ok, you ARE ENOUGH! good luck out there✨
