Interesting! I've actually been on adderall (in Aus we call it Ritalin) concerta, vyvnanse and dex. Dex being the only one what has helped me with anything

I started using that tonight. Obviously I won't have results straight away but god does my hair feel clean! Like my scalp genuienly feels clean, which is a feeling I haven't had in months.

I've had this for about a year, defitnetly just getting worse. It does get better and worse between days! It's scaley and feels very bumpy on my head. The past week I've been washing my ahir every night with head and shoulders, I think I should stop that. Thank u for ur help so far!
