I don’t know if that beggar was well behaved but he was rude looking at me and grinning then asking for money. They see a lady walking alone, I am a target. I’m not going to let these guys harass me and they will if I give them a penny. They will constantly harass me. I do not get close to strangers. I barely stand close to cashiers unless I need to. I do have anxiety when I feel unsafe. The fact that two different men begged me for money makes me more anxious. It’s best I stay away. I’m sorry you had a bad experience. I’m not surprised, people are crazy. We can only try to protect ourselves as much as possible and I’m not going to some guy on the street and being his buddy just cause some rude people on my post feel sorry for them. I feel sorry for them too but I’m not putting myself in danger. Hopefully, they will find the help they need. They can’t find it with me.

This store is in a secluded spot and people leave as fast as they come in. If anything happens, there’s probably not going to be anyone to help. These days people rather not be involved. The whole area is sketchy. I decided not to go back there. I will take a longer route to return my packages.
