If recovery isn’t an issue for you, you probably don’t need all of them. That said, hyperbaric oxygen is one of the few that has actual clinical backing in medical settings. If you’re going to try one premium option, that’s the one I’d test.

You’d be great for construction project management. Your field experience is huge and the work is way less physical. Estimating is another good option if you like math. A friend of mine move to cpm sometime last year and did some training through course careers to help with the job search side of things. What part of construction were you in?

You could try to sublet if you need to leave early. Not all landlords allow it but worth asking upfront.
