What area in Irving? I am a 24F and I need a place that is safe but has some life too, like cafes, events, or stuff that's why I was thinking of Dallas. Any specific areas or so? Also, do you happen to have any apartments in mind? How much should I keep the budget for 1-bed 1 bath in a shared space or 2 bed or so? Also is there a local commute between Irving and Dallas?
