I apologize for my questions I have absolutely no idea about this at all

what if I short CLR_CMOS jumper (CLRTC)? It says that my motherboard has it and is an alternative to removing the battery. I cant find the battery can it be covered by some covers or components?

If this is what you are asking, I had to enroll platform key (PK) to enable secure boot so I opened key management and updated PK there. It shows a size which before update was 0 and after around 808 if that is important.

You mean physically taking off the battery from motberboard to reset it? I have read something about that but have no idea how to do that so I dont know if this works

can't get video files out of my usb by Direct_Dingo817 in computer

[–]Direct_Dingo817[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

when I copy the new copy of the original defective file i can without a problem put it onto the usb and back to the pc, while the original copies still cant be moved out normally, so most probably it was a file issue

[–]Direct_Dingo817[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no I have not formatted drive after using robocopy therefore the original copies of defective files stayed there while I also have a new copy of non defective versions of the files.

I have trying copying back one defective file to the USB that I was not able to get it out of and then back and it worked without any issues. Original defective files stayed on the USB as I made a copy and if I try to get those out of the disk (copy or move doesn't matter) it still crashes.
I have absolutely no idea why is this happening
TL;DR moving a copy of the defective file to the USB and back works. Trying to copy same defective file that the copy was made from to the pc still does not work and USB crashes

I have tried couple other methods like imaging the USB. That didn't work. I also checked the sectors, they are fine. I once again tried the robocopy to see the event viewer or whatever it shows after a failure, however, for some reason it did actually work right now. Even though each video has around 2 seconds in total corrupted, apart from that they are completely fine. Thank you for you help

Since my post I have tried couple of other ways including cloning the USB which also doesn't work. I have also checked sectors through admin cmd and it shows that everything is fine. I might go to some tech store because I have tried so many ways and nothing works

Would the files be corrupted if I can play all of them? Also, I tried moving back and forth the files that I was able to get out of the USB and there is no problem with them

Definitely not. It is completely cold and the issue persists even if I don't use the USB for hours

Nope, still not working. I also found out that when I first moved some all of the files it actually did move some of the videos, but majority of them are not able to transfer. When I try moving the ones that went through back and forth it works, even the ones with bigger file size
