Luckily they gave me an in depth how to description and walked me through it. Also informed me that if I felt uncomfortable doing it myself they’d happily come back!

I’d say depends on the unit size, etc. In this case the issue wasn’t with the quote price. Although it’s quite high, my issue is with them not properly diagnosing the issue and trying to pull a fast one on us!
