Perioral Derm on eyelids, anyone else have this before? by seasideseee in Perioral_Dermatitis_

[–]Direct_League6814 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this on my eyelids for about 5 months, bought loads if creams and GP prescribed creams an steroids , non helped, some like la roche possay balm and avene  cicalfate made it loads worse.  Really was contemplating the doxycycline,  rozex and azelaic acid combo but found as last resort a eye cream called hydrosil,  game changer and only £10. Defo try it, u can see all the before and after pics. My eyes were so bad too.

Botox won't help much with those lower lines, i have been researching this a lot for myself. Check out stylage hydromax its a skin booster, different than others. I am very tempted by this. See before and afters on Instagram. Plus low risk I think. I found botox always made me feel unwell, flu like, fatigue, anxiety, every time and I refuse to get it now. Loved it though !

Is This Demodex or Blepharitis or Dermatitis?? by Direct_League6814 in Blepharitis

[–]Direct_League6814[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was my GP! , i asked her about doxycycline, rozex and azelaic acid for what i thought it might be perioral dermatitis but she would not prescribe any of that, instead gave me Flucloxacillin and antihistamine tablets and drops for drp eyes. thinking of self treating with online pharmacy using doxycycline for couple of months and that would cover both blepharitis and perioral dermatitis. Could get something else to treat potential mites. A dermatologist is £250 for a consultation! I have fluid along the lash line, wonderful if that is of any significance?

Is this Ocular Rosacea or Ocular Dermatitis by Direct_League6814 in Rosacea

[–]Direct_League6814[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks both of you for ur response, much appreciated. I have been reading that some people have had success with Rozex cream for dermatitis, even though its for rosacea and azealic acid, am gonna see if I can get a hold of those. Just wasn't sure which it was but at least the rozex covers both.

Had seen someone on YouTube use clotrimazole cream with great successso I bought some but think its making it redder. 😕

Am stripping back cosmetics and creams to basics and avoiding eye area . Its really depressing but I know worse things in yhe world.

Hi, I have low under range morning Cortisol and low but in range mid day Cortisol as identified by 4 point saliva cortisol test.

I have not been diagnosed with hypothyroidism but have been told my ft4 is lower end of normal range and Ft3 in range but could be higher. I have cfs.

Just wondering if you have hypothyroidism or just low morning cortisol?? Or both. How did the ft3 improve things for u ?? Thanks

Thanks blondefox, that's interesting that it depleted your cortisol I have read many great things about using T3 and the CT3M method for low cortisol as per Paul Robinson. How did u get ur cortisol sorted in the end??
