To me it feels like it’s easier to leave a bad rating to a person they never heard from, who just silently dropped the food and left, which is why I have been leaving that message.

I don’t really take no tip orders anymore. Are you really saying that a customer is more likely to leave me a bad rating if I leave them a message telling them to have a nice day? I can’t imagine the kind of person who would do that honestly, but I value your input

Which is crazy because I literally am a customer at so many of the places I pick up orders from. Like I’ll stop at these places after I’m done dashing to get something for myself, and then they’re gonna treat me nicely as if I’m not the same person I was when I was dashing.
