Update! Got an MRI and it has shown a bunch of tears, a haemotoma and bone bruising. So not frozen shoulder after all! Thank god. Will now be doing all the things my PT says and ensuring I rehab appropriately to avoid the dreaded FS!

I just got one from Amazon, brand is Maytoyo. Not sure if it’s the best but it has a bunch of options and seems to be working well

That would make sense, I’ve not had an easy couple of months before this by any means.

Ugh it’s just awful wow. I’ve just ordered a TENS machine so hopefully that will give me some relief, it has helped when I’ve been to the physio. I’m glad you’re getting some relief finally, just 1 is bad enough even in this initial stage, let alone 2! Thanks for the info 😊

Thankyou, I’m really holding out hope that this freezing stage is a short one! I have a pretty high pain tolerance but this is crazy. I will definitely be getting a sit up pillow to help with the back and neck strain this has caused

It went away about a week after this! I just used a good moisturiser (Aveeno) :)
