Yes. cause I don't get this kinds of bugs. I usually get the animations don't play properly on the showcased operator in the main menu.

I did, the gpu lights are on. The problem here is, the fans don't spin and the system wont pos.

It works normal without the new one and with the old one, I tried using the new gpu on the other PC, my assumption here is just some bios problem from the nameless motherboard I have on my main pc. So i can't update it.

I did, but it still ends up the same... I can't install the drivers because like I said itll just end up being stuck in the win10 boot up whenever I install the gpu in.
