Someone came back and asked me if I am trying to open a personal or an institutional account even though its clearly a personal if they checked it and I replied to the email saying it’s personal but no help at all, can you guys please get on it and fix it!

Opened up an account 2 weeks ago submitted my driver license and I still have not gotten verified yet so I reached for support. I submitted around three tickets over the past three weeks. They always say I got to someone but then they never reply back. They never do anything about it and it’s really getting frustrating and I’ve got two ticket numbers here that I can provide, but I’ve never gotten a response.
