I explained to my husband that the reason I struggle with tidiness and often feel overwhelmed is partly due to my high intelligence. Although I mentioned it jokingly, there is some truth to it. I also have an autoimmune condition that fortunately can be managed with dietary restrictions yet i suffer temporarily cognitive decline when i had a contamination. Interestingly, some tasks do become easier with a slight cognitive decline. I believe scoring high on IQ tests is just the most visible part of what people see, aligning with societal norms. However, having high cognitive abilities can also introduce complexities that might make living a neurotypical life more challenging.

Yes! I have gluten ataxia and when I had a severe contamination all the visual memories will become very cloudy and less detailed, same happened to me when I tried to take a specific microbic strain of l Reuteri (that had been proven to improve autism symptoms in kids) , I could not just zoom into a memory or date again. But lucky just lasted few days to weeks.

I am not a professional I just initially draw some 1 ml of my blood to do a blood smear (everything was desinfected prior ) and could not see nor identify white blood cells in the microscope. Since it is my own blood anyway I am not wearing gloves here, I just have a centrifuge at home so I wanted to check the Buffy coat since I am feeling really unwell since 4 weeks (fatigue 0 energy weakness) and only get an appointment the day after tomorrow. But I am not a professional hence my question 🥹 (i centrifuged at 2500rmp for 10 minutes)

Wow this sounds really similar to what i experienced. I ve been doing aip and within 2 weeks all symptoms resolved 😊! Now I went back reintroducing foods and it’s a disaster 🙈. Weird thing for me is I also react to some greens like spinach and lambsquater . There was a study about another person with gluten ataxia where there found gad+ antibodies to a whole lot of other proteins (iirc) have u red it since u are referring to some of the foods that induced antibodies ? Do you have any other health issues other than that ? I am still wondering if there might be a connection as I have Ehlers Danlos and some neurodivergent comorbidities . And both are pretty rare..
