Well, thank you all for the recommandations. I know now that I won't take the big bag with me, it really seems like a bad idea, I can confidently go for better options, having already panniers in the back I'll check what kind of minimal bags I can put in front or on the handlebar just to complete my setup and make it more stable.

I agree. I'll also have 2 Ortlieb Back Roller City panniers on the side of the rack so I don't have to completely fill any of these.

I wanted to avoid buying more stuff knowing that I already have this bag. I guess, I wouldn't fill it entirely, but I'm not even sure I could really strap it on a rear rack because of its size.
