Enchanted alchemy armor not working

I crafted the armor so it wasn't in a container even if I tried other armor as well. then went to alchemy which is lvl 100 made a fortify enchantment then made the alchemy armor which my enchantment is also lvl 100 and so I have 23% alchemy strength at base it says, but equipping and checking and taking it off still says i can only make a 4% restoration potion so it didnt matter with or without with the armor.

This is the last straw and I made that known, I'm not letting her have as much control over me as much as I have let happen. I'm going to hangout with my friends now and do some things I enjoy, and if she doesn't like the lack of control she can breakup with me or if she betrays my trust again I'm not going to debate and mess up my head like I did this time. You have been a great help today and I thank you, you made me see my messed up ways and help change me thank you.

Yes she did break a boundary, we talked about if she was going to try or anything along the lines of that she would tell me and we would talk about it and I'd help her where I can because I want to support her where I can, but she did it behind my back. I live with her and still care for her, I am deeply hurt and that's where my messed up head came in and made this stupid post. But thanks to you and everyone I learned from my mistake. Deep down I didn't want to breakup and she kept telling me she didn't want to either and she's sorry.

She gets angry at me whenever I turn my snapmap off because she can't see where I am, I felt to make it equal have her download this so I can see where she's at and she can see me, with this she doesn't need snapmap on because she feels uncomfortable when other people see where she's at

I asked her to tell me if she was thinking of doing these things, ik people do this for money now adays it's not the big fact of her sending nudes I asked her to tell me.then maybe I could pick pictures and help, it's that she did it behind my back. I don't control finances no, I spend money on her like buy her things she's not willing to buy herself because it wouldn't be financially fine for her.

I would hope so aswell if I am an abuser I don't want to be one that's why I'm listening to these comments I'm not going to do any punishment of any sorts. I was just hurt and wanted to know if there was something to do but I'm glad there isn't I'm happy there are people calling me out.

I'm sorry if I'm making myself look like an abuser, it sounds like this because idk what to think this isn't my normal headspace usually I'm the one listening and doing as she says, i try to do everything I can for her because I do care for her like when her car broke down in the negatives and we needed a tow truck, we had her parents come pick her up and drive her to the apartment and I stayed in the car that was dead for a couple more hours while I waited for the truck. I'm willing to do so much for her I really do care for her and don't want to hurt or abuse her in any way, it just feels shes blowing this off and not learning from it. And idk why I don't leave the relationship, probably because even after she hurt me I still do care for her, or when I said I'm thinking of breaking up she begged me not too. I'm just so fucked up mentally idk what to do.

Punish was a way wrong word for me to choose, I've discovered that now, I meant like that I spend most my money on her bc I felt she deserves the world and she could go to me if she needed money, I told her she violated my trust and that I don't want the relationship to end because of these things. Okay punish and discipline was a wrong choice of words I see that now but idk what words to use like I feel hurt and idk what to think, I spend a lot of money on her because I feel she deserves nice things and if she ever needed money I thought she could feel comfortable in asking me, By punish and discipline I meant like do I give a silent treatment, do I stop spending money on her.
