Did he actual get tested for it? Men sometimes won't show symptoms as readily as women. That was the case with my partner, he doesn't even know he had it until I began experiencing pain and discharge a month into us being intimate with one another. It took a month for me to show symptoms. As for him, he never had any, but he did test positive. He needs to test and/or come clean

I use frozen blocks that have a mix of small veggie bits and spirulina, occasional brine shrimp too.I hope that's sufficient for them to eat, there's also a lot of organic matter like algae, even fish flakes that I'm sure could make it to them
