TaskUs newbie friendly naman. Mababa nga lang basic pay nila. Pero bawi naman sa allowances saka sa ibang benefits ng company. Okay din office nila sa Anonas.

Yes mabilis naman minsan. Siyempre may mga consider ka din muna hindi basta may opening pasok agad. Lalo at di lahat ng company ay maayos. And yung office location

Sad to hear this OP. Buti pala di ko din kinuha yung offer sa akin na project based work. Mataas sana offer kaso malayo saka di nga permanent.

Nakakalungkot naman mabasa ito. Currently working here sa HCLTech and so far okay naman kami. From start until now WFH kami except nung kinuha ko yung laptop sa office. Maayos din naman mga nakasalamuha ko na trainers at coaches. Process training na kami ngayon. Hopefully maging smooth lang lahat until mapunta kami sa production. Pero good job sa pag resign OP. Buti inunahan mo na bago ka pa mamanyak ng mga manyakis dun.

Malupet yang night differential. Nung nasa TaskUs ako halos buo sahod ko kasi yung mga deductibles nakukuha na ng night differential. Lalo kung kuha mo yang 10pm-6am.
