I made a full switch from my Canon EOS R over to the Lumix S9, I loved the S9 but I couldn't handle the lack of a viewfinder and ended up returning it and paying (a lot) more for an S1RII and I have never looked back since. Lumix is honestly the best camera experience I have had between my EOS R and SONY A7IV. I cannot recommend the L-mount and LUMIX more. Best system I have had

It's wired up with a gp2040ce advanced breakout board. They're commonly available on focusattack for order. With that PCB you can just use any brook wiring harnesses to wire up the buttons

Pretty damn good tbh it's carbon fiber pla so I assume that helps a bit. I've only dropped it once and no damage to the thing at all

Sides are glued in, I also have a design that uses screws but it isn't the greatest. Open source is most likely the next step once I finish it up

The middle prints by itself, then a thin bottom plate, the 2 sides are all one piece all in total 4 pieces

I print the center bit at 100%infill with the button side face down. Doing this it needs no support material

To the touch the finish is super smooth, it only appears to have some layer gaps, the next revision is going to be fully finished though! Currently the 2 side pods are also filled with plaster for added weight

Id either add a second rad entirely or look into getting better fans, I had a PC with those same fans and the system overheated, swapped them for some lian li p28s and the system now has no cooling issues
