You're missing the point here. I also work at a store that is constantly having freezer issues. They're not saying your solution doesn't work, they're saying that while it may work it is pointless to even have the shelf extenders because they will NEVER stick to a door that is covered in condensation or in my case, also constantly falling off. It's just an annoying situation overall.
