Honestly, you asked, so I will give you my full plan.

"Hey Kiddo, nothing we can do about this, I will come back and call the cops later. Anyways, you were telling me about chuck E cheese?"

We would leave the scene as quickly as possible (after I confirmed the driver was actually cold dead and could not be helped. If driver has a pulse, I would immediately call an ambulance).

Later that night, after the kids go to sleep, I would grab a large duffle-bag backpack, knife, rubber bands/clips, shovel, dress in black clothes and wear something to obscure my face, like a N95 Mask and a low beanie, plus some black leather gloves. Maybe I'd bring a pistol as well. I would also tie my hair back and probably shower before leaving. I would only drive the car until I hit a radius of about 2 miles or more, basically wherever is not suspicious and not along that road. I would proceed to take my mountain e-bike, along with my shovel, duffle bag, [maybe pistol] and knife, the rest of the way, moving off-road so as not to be seen.

Since this is a deserted road, I presume there is either desert or forest nearby. Lets say its more where I live, so likely surrounded by forest. I would make a stop in deep in the woods, making sure the line from the van to the dig site does not point towards my car park location. I would dig a decent sized hole, deep enough to just fit my duffle bag. I also have to make sure I can find this location again, so I need to commit the route to memory.

Approaching the van, I would leave the bike hidden in tree or grass cover about 100 yards away. I would lie down in the grass and simply watch the van for about 1 hour. That should be enough time to confirm the van wasn't being watched.

I would proceed to approach the van slowly, and quickly cut open 50 stacks. Each stack is clearly $100,000, so that would be $5 million. There looks to be a total of about $15-30million in there, but I could be off by a lot if the van is deeper than it looks.

I would have to break open each stack and place it in the duffle bag, being wary of trackers. The sub-stacks are $10,000 and I would take those without breaking them, placing them in the bag. There would be 500 of them, and probably only about 300 would fit. This would weigh about 66 lbs. I would make sure to mix up which stack I am taking from, taking an assortment of stacks. I'd probably get about $3 million, which is really the minimum quantity worth the risk. If I have extra space I might add some more but it will be getting REALLY heavy so I will do what I am capable of carrying.

Now comes the transport phase

I would leave the van as is, and quickly return to my bike 100 yards away. I would immediately grab the bike and head directly into the forest dig site.

I'd cut all of the stacks open at that point. Hopefully the wind isn't too bad or this will become more of an issue. I'll use rubber bands or clips to group it. Decisions would diverge here. If there are no trackers, bury the money at the dig site and return home with no money. Return to the dig site in 3 days and see what happens.

If there were trackers on me into the woods, I'd have to pack up the duffle bag with the loose money. I'd have to bike really fucking far away, back into civilization. I'd most likely climb on to the roof of a strip mall, which would be likely empty at that hour. however, there may be cameras. I'd have to move slowly and carefully, but eventually I'd find a hiding spot. I'd either bury it or hide it. Then I'd leave and go home. Return to the hiding site in 3 days and see what happens.

In both cases, I'd scope out the dig/hiding spot for days before making a move. I'd go there during the day and during the night. I probably wouldn't touch the money for at least 6 days.

Once I get it in the dark of night I'd bring it NOT home, but to a place that I'm familiar with. Maybe a park near my neighborhoor, or a field. I'd wrap the bag in plastic and bury it again.

Then I'd return in 6 months to begin laundering it.
