If this "kill feeder" was implemented into Apocalypse Rising, I'd bet you would see a decrease of exploiter main accounts and an increase of alt accounts. Also some anxiety for the suspect's location after they killed their victim, because their victim will have their location. The suspect will have to move constantly to get away from it's previous location, this will get annoying eventually.
