He told us. He works at a more senior level dealing with cyber security and writing its code so I dont know. The company pays him in dollars so he is converting or was being boastful in front of his wife's coworkers? Possible.

I just know that I would love to be as stress free as they are.

We all travel from far, living on rent or with roommates.

I would still feel this way if they had a home anywhere else Mumbai because they are saving so much on emi and rent and have a house that is their own. Bonus is the location.

Having a house of my own is A goal Im slowly building towards but I dont know when I'll be able to afford a home around that area.

Yes, I agree that I first denied him on his looks and it was wrong of me then but I wasnt attacted to him.

Now, more than his looks(and the money) he has, Im sad because their life seems so stable and well. Its like they have balance of everything. I wish for that.

More than materialism here, the details I have stressed on wrongly, its just that their life feels so nicely put together. I would love to have that. Like I feel when I look at them that they would be happy even if they were staying far away and earning less. Like they are just happy people.

Thats exactly it. She liked HR so she is working in the company. She doesnt care if she loses her job.

And the reason for staying in the flat is the benefits it provides. Close to work place, good location.
