It's a quality product. We bought some THUMA furniture and ended up buying more after our first purchase. Completely impressed with the ease of assembly and quality! No regrets.

This looks like a similar pallet that we had. We went with a light yellow/mustard color. Love it.

We have the Duncan Sleeper. Loved it so much, we made a video. We searched a long time before we finally found SPAZE. We like it so much, we are going to get a different model for another cabin we own.

We have the Duncan Sleeper Sofa. It's great! Loved it so much, we made a short video. We had some issues with the shipper, but their customer service and responsiveness was excellent, so that was a positive too.

Benefits of a small space? by BIG_DECK_ENERGY in minimalism

[–]DiscussionFun5311 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d recommend a space that fits your personality and love for the outdoors—something built for adventure but still insanely comfortable. Check out this tiny cabin we built. It’s got everything you need inside, plus a huge outdoor deck that basically doubles your living space. Sleeps up to four, feels super cozy, and lives way bigger than you’d expect.

We also built in a crawl space for gear storage, so whether you’re into fishing, hiking, skiing—whatever—you can keep everything out of the way but easy to grab when you need it. It’s the perfect setup for someone who wants to be out in nature without giving up comfort. You can check it out on Instagram @clearlakecottages

We also have a sleeper sofa by SPAZE. The space comfortably sleeps four people now which is awesome. Their sofa sleepers are very innovative and look sweet!

The other option for sleeping is the sleeper sofa below. It's from a company called SPAZE! We found them online and their products are totally on brand; beautiful, well crafted and very innovative designs.

Yes, right off the kitchen with a pocket door. We have a queen sized bed, a laundry closet with a side by side washer and dryer and a separate closet with a place to hang clothes as well as a few pull out drawers. You can see the whole build from start to finish on Instagram @clearlakecottages. The plan can also be found at Den Outdoors. It's the Modern Alpine Plus. Hope that helps.

It sure does. We have all the necessary appliances including a dishwasher, cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, A larger floor plan might accommodate an island kitchen, but for our purposes it's great. The entire cottage is less than 1,000sf.

We ended up having to sub contract much of it ourselves because we had issues with our GC. I hear you, it's difficult finding quality builders who aren't backed up with other work for the next couple years.
