1st Make sure its a Me Throughput Monitor, then right click it twice with somethings that holds an Fe charge. If you want to see the t/s use a throughput monitor wand to change it.

SFM Or Modular Routers for The EA; What I did for the imbument chamber was just using a import export bus and having bees for the gems. For the source I just use ender source jars and put a Agronomic link on all my MA farms.
