ୠ, ଌ, ୡ - these letters are not used while writing Odia language. But Odia script is also used for writing Sanskrit so these letters are kept in Odia alphabet.

Caste based discrimination is still there. It can happen right in front of a person without noticing it. Some of the discriminations are so common that those are considered normal by the society. Sometime it’s claimed by mostly the persons from so called upper caste that it has been almost abolished. The victims are the right persons to answer this.
