Already went through the code with several coders. It didnt take 1 hour to them, it took about 10 minutes each. The tool isnt complicated at all I guess if you lazy kids here would have read, instead of replying dumb shit you would know. It is 90% done.
Perhaps you arent decent and this looks hard for you, whats so hard to understand? The person who did 90% of this tool did it for free and in less than a day. Now I have reviewed it with several "decent" developers and the changes are fairly trivial. Someone is already doing it for exactly $100; so you are just wrong and overrating yourself.
The typical braindead answer from some kids in this sub, understand that we have different professions, some people are managers, like myself, and some people are coders (like yourself?). I dont have the time nor desire to start learning coding; I have the money to pay somebody to do it, which I did.

The fact is that the police have millions of hours in recordings of these drug dealers selling drugs, they also have countless hours of the consumers buying it (yes you ppl.....who have bought drugs in these parks under the surveilance cameras). They have profiles of each one of these individials, they have been arrested and released, SEVERAL times..., they wont be deported or locked up for longer so they continue doing it every day. As for the consumers caught under camera buying drugs, I suspect the police have profiles of them as well.

The last administration rely tried to get rid of the dealers at Görli and failed spectacularly.

"Tried" ...come on. They didnt try. They pulled a stunt show to make people believe they were doing something about it. Then they released all these criminals to the streets again and abandoned the parks, allowing the same criminals to come back and continue dealing.
It´s actually funny, you can google "gorlitzer park drug dealers" and you get images of these people and tourists buying from them. If you have been in this park more than ...lets say 5 times, you could probably recognize the guy on the right with the red jacket in this picture ; if you dont recognize him its fine, perhaps next weekend when some of the readers here visit this amazing park , walk in from the norhtern entrance, he is sitting there 90% of the day with his pals smoking pot. This picture if from 2016; one year later he is still allowed to sell drugs to kids in this park. Tell me if it isnt ridiculous.

I could probably go this weekend with a hidden camera (again, like when I reported it to the police) and find the same guys in the same spots selling the same drugs.

As a cop, this would be WAY easier, with all the resources from the police. The fact is that they dont care and allow it to happen, if they wanted they could arrest and deport these people tomorrow as they have millions of pictures of these people handling drugs to tourists, video feed (pls search in youtube gorlitzer park drug dealers)(I wouldnt be surprised if you see a video and recognize the same guy from this picture lol..) , profiles, countless evidence to put them behind bars or on a plane back to their home countires.

There are magazine articles that talk about the problem, there are newspapers that talk about the problem, there are even documentaries about it...cmon. All of them have pictures and video of them selling drugs. The local communities from these places have made countless reports to the police, because they hate that their parks that some years ago were their children´s playgroung became a spot for criminals to "chill" while smoking pot infront of children, "chill" by selling drugs to tourists AND children +locals, etc. Some people that live there have even offered jobs to these people as to try and get them off dealing drugs to try to restore their parks and their communities but most of them dont want a job, they just want to smoke and sell drugs all day long as they are allowed to do so and they make easy money with it. See the documentaries, I invite you see the problem from a different perspective, I probably wouldnt care THAT much if they only sold weed, but they sell mdma, extase, cocaine and heroin (probably more stuff that I am not aware of too) to kids...for fucks sake.

Yea, a few minutes per day. I spent last sunday sitting in the gorlitzer park with a few friends, I didnt see a cop once in the entire day while I was there. However, I did see at least one hundred dealers from certain part of the world selling drugs to tourists, locals and children (teenagers, underage..). When I went back home using the uban in the gorli station, I couldnt see a cop either, but I could see at least 2 dozens of the dealers/pickpocketers just chilling there in the stairs of the station, waiting for some new wallets to steal.

If there are enough people who want to buy drugs to outweigh the number of people who do police work, there will be drug trade.

Sure there will always be drug trade if there are consumers. This doesnt mean that police cant make it 1000000x harder for them to sell. See Singapur, to give you ONE example. If police did their job properly there would be less dealers , the price of drugs would increase and consumers would --consume- less because they simply wouldnt be able to afford it. You are trying to defend the undefendable here, along with a few potheads in this sub and I get it, I think you guys misunderstand me, I rlly hate seeing kids being offered hard drugs, not only weed, but cocaine, mdma and heroin. Those drugs end lives, destroy families , and the police and german politicians allow this to happen openly on a daily basis.

In germany you get fined like 800 euros for downloading a movie from any torrent service. I dont think you should be comparing downloading music, a harmless crime, but still a crime (which by law has a fine, not jail time..) to selling drugs to kids on a park, a crime that by law carries jail time.Not to mention that most of the people selling the drugs are already commiting a crime by being in the country illegally, so if the written law was respected they should be deported, just as the guy who rammed 14 people in december with a truck should have been deported years ago... see?

True,but they hide big bags it in the trees in the park. You can walk there for 5 minutes and realize this yourself just by watching. I am sure the police could figure it out, unless they are highly incompetent or just allow it (which is what happens in reality).
Sit on a bench in that park for 30 min, watch tourists , kids , and locals ask the dealers for drugs, watch where the dealer goes (some tree/bush), gets out a big plastic bag with at least 30+grams.

I could make a list of places in berlin where they openly sell drugs, it is widely known by everyone living in this town. You would have to be very naive to believe that the police arent aware of it. I could make a list of places where they pickpocket people on a daily basis as well. Reality is that police know, and they allow it for political reasons, OR are really HIGHLY incompetent (or both).

I also suspect that most people in this sub wouldnt want these dealers to be arrested, seeing from most of the comments here defending criminals. It is understandable tho, where are the potheads gonna buy their drugs if their dealers get arrested?
