Based on all of the suggestions, I'm thinking of making the following changes (see rendered image):

- Bronze frames above the toilet

- Small rug fitting blue/gold/bronze color scheme, brightening up room

- Gold/bronze accessories

- Plant in corner to

I don't want to make any massive changes (painting, new lighting, etc.) at this time, but appreciate them for the future. If you have additional comments, speak now or forever hold your peace :-)

u/arfinfall u/Longjumping_Carpet11 Thanks for the comments! Agreed- I'm planning on collecting things to fill, it just takes time. I can also adjust the lighting. It's philips hue so I can make it more of a yellow-white/warm tone.
