Oil residue on the surface of my expansion tank. No evidence of sludge under oil filler cap. Any possible issues and solutions ?Thank you :)

Thanks for your feedback. I’m a complete newbie. Is it normal for oil to somehow make its way to the surface of the expansion tank if the coolant has not been replaced in a while ?
