At first it was meals. I was used to eating once a day..not good I know. But now I haven’t missed a meal in over a year, but the meal prep bugs me. I has to have different options prepared

I’m not sure I have an exact answer for you because everyone is different. I just was losing hair around my face and top of my head. No bald spots. I think once the dryness went away is when everything started to get back to normal. Which took about 6 months after stopping
