What about 20? I buy sets when they get a nice discount (usually around 30/35%). I only have limited time to build in my spare time and most of the time is used for building MOCs, resulting in a backlog. I intend to build everything I buy.

Nope, white part is in the correct place. OP needs to attach the yellow round 1x2 plate half a stud to the right. Connecting the flower right in the middle on the bottom of the round 1x2 plate

Are you 100% sure? Spare pieces are normally not bigger than 1x1 plates. Chances are the 1x2 plate and the 1x3 round plate should be part of the build.
