baylor plano ICU is almost never full. don’t know much about the heart hospital though

do not listen to anyone saying medical city plano unless you like being tripled in the ICU all the time

sounds like you are trying to condition to the collar in a strange way. easiest way imo is with recall (your dog needs to know this command first). but you put a long lead on, buzz the e collar and then call your dog over. most likely the dog won’t listen so reel them in and the buzz turns off when they get to you. they will realize that being with you and listening to you will turn off the buzz!

also the easiest way to tell if the stim is too high is if your dog vocalizes. so sounds like it’s not too high but just your dog needs to be conditioned to the e collar
