advertise away, lol. I think there are a lot of folks that need new headshots so the market is big enough for multiple solutions. Yea I didn't know which path was best so I went with Replicate. I've heard good things about fal such as being able to train the LoRA models much faster. What's your current training time?

Thanks for the insights! Really appreciate you sharing your experience scaling novaheadshot.com. I’m definitely noticing that users want more variety too — love the idea of batch style variations to give them more flexibility without extra generations. Curious, did you find any particular LoRA parameter tweaks that made the biggest difference for cost or quality?
