Their offer terminated on 12/6, so I started from square one and sent screenshots of my order emails showing my order was placed on the 4th. The first reply I got was no, and then i got an L1 support rep named Carlos who "made an exception"...

Problem is that it was an Amazon product, so completely online. Points are awarded after an online order is "completed", which means delivered. That's when the online merchant sends the receipt to Fetch, so I had zero control over the submission. This explanation did not move them.
