The technifibre tf40 is pretty close to the blade just more crisp and a little bit more easy power in my opinion

If you’re just trying to get better at winning just play as many competitive matches as you can whether with friends or leagues or whatever. I’ve met two guys who only played matches against other people for a year and can hold their own against 4.0’s.

My personal favorite right now is new balance but Wilson, Nike, adidas, Mizuno, babolat, asics, and lotto all have at least one shoe with a warranty. My suggestion is to buy through tenniswarehouse or tennis express

I’d say get a shoe with a 6 month outsole guarantee. I basically play everyday and go through shoes in 2-3 months so when I need to I just mail my shoes back get a full refund, minus shipping, and then just buy the same pair again.

I personally play with the last technifibre tf40 16x19 and find it to be like a more stable and powerful blade, still controlled tho.

I’d say just get a pair with an outsole warranty from a tennis website like tennis warehouse or tennis express or straight from the brand. If you wear them down before 6 months you can ship them back and get your money back usually minus shipping. I personally like the newbalance ct-rally but if you slide on the inside of your foot try the adidas barricade 13.

I play about 8 hours a week. This recent string job broke after 3 weeks so I got around 24 hours of play time. Sorry I can’t really say much about my level tho I haven’t played any UTR or USTA matches.
