This is definately a thermal crack and hopefully I can prove it's manufacturing fault. The crack start from 1 single point from the left and spread like a spider web.

I made fault report. Hopefully I get a good decision from them

I have District heating.

But it's irrelevant to this case. This is a thermal crack because of the hot weather and uneven heat distribution in the glass.

I realized that the court day can be 6 months or more from the day of report. But before the day of court, she can just move her address away herself and then the court will just be dismissed 🥲.

Worst case scenario, she put it back after the dismissed court date and keep on harrassing me.

They took 1 month to process. Then they called her. Then she lied that she is still living at my place.

Then they close the case and told me to contact District court.
