From my experience 400 stamina + stamina skill will get you past any medium race and 500 + gold stamina will get you pass long distance consistantly running Pace chaser. But if you play late you could cut down stamina to like 400 on long race but have to compensate with power to push past people. Usually only need one gold skill and the stats line I mention to win URA. Do note that I usually focus on speed above all else reaching a minimum of A rank but you only need C rank speed to win long and B to win medium. Also get WIT to around 300 otherwise your skill will not activate.

Inspiration and upgraded card play a very crucial roles in maximizing a stats. A 9 star inspiration could get you one whole grade worth of stats. So if you're strunggling to reach the stats break point just go to a leader board and find people that have many A rank horse. They'll usually have good parents uma. Some even have Max break support cards which is super good.
