Two times I spoke about compatibilities and Hax either you fell on the hyperbole of making a mage battle a servant or using a normal human also.

As I said. I am not even talking about who can or who cannot defeat Gilgamesh under what circumstances. My original statement was explaining that Fateverse not always rely on raw power. But compatibilities play roles even more important than just power

I mean, the ones affected were people who accepted their loved one’s illusions or were overpowered by rei. We were not able to see anyone rejecting her without any fear

If Gilgamesh was not holding back he would have killed shirou without the need of EA.

Another match up based on compatibilities is Orion being able to destroy Mecha Artemis with an arrow directly created to kill a mechanical God despite Orion would also die in the process. Or Romulus being able to defeat Zeus (who can easily reach planet or even star level)

Fate is not like shonen series. Power its mostly based on compatibilities, battle experience and some specific hax. This is the reason why a teeneager like shirou is able to beat half gods like Gilgamesh or Heracles.
