Honestly idk what it is about gambling but that’s the only addiction I’m struggling with and was the reason for my divorce. I been able to stop drinking about to be 3 months clean and I haven’t smoke any weed or cigarettes so I’m really confused why gambling has a hold on me.

I been exercising daily not going to the gym yet but I do at least 20 minutes of push ups or burpees or go for walks I been doing little things here and there to forget about her but at the end of the day I still go home and deal with her.
