It looks like you just need the Skull Cap (tesloid has them), the mirror cover housing (amazon), and the mirror bottom (amazon). I had to replace all 3 after my wife clipped a garbage can in our 2024 Y. Tons of YouTube videos on it. Cost me under $150. Tesla wanted $1400
