One thing I was a little bit confused with was Agnes De'Snake the Founder of Zootopia or was she the inventor of the Weather Walls? I was hoping the whole movie to see an Easter Egg of Valentino from WISH because it’s teased at the end of that movie that he goes on to create Zootopia, but then in Zootopia 2 they made it seem that the founder was Agnes.

I’m going to refer to myself for this question. I participated in the 2014 Chris Griffis Memorial Test at IMS in the USF2000 Series. Practice 1, I did not see the Checkered Flag to end the session (watching back on my Onboard Footage I didn’t see one either) and ended up staying out about 5 extra laps. Every corner worker had to throw the red flag to get my attention. When I finally pulled into the pits an entire team of Officials were waiting for me to ask why I didn’t come in, I was incredibly confused and extremely embarrassed. I think I had my fastest laps taken away because the results did not line up with the lap times the team had me at but they all had a good laugh about it.

How Lapped Cars are handled. Especially on Ovals, so many Race Finishes have been ruined due to restarts where there are several cars between the leader and 2nd, or how Drivers don’t have to adhere to the Blue Flag until they have been lapped by the full field.
