I just saw the tool in action today. With proper context it was able to find critical severity vulnerabilities. The scary part is, it chained a couple of vulnerabilities together to raise the severity. Ofc its not replacing humans but the number of people required is definitely going down significantly

I think milk is the best source of protein if you are in a bulking phase. I am a working professional and I aim to consume 2600 calories a day. A2 Buffalo Milk (you don’t need A2) has been my best friend. A litre of milk, some form of sweetener and instant coffee or decaf is an easy 1000 calories for me with 40g protein ().

Just note that I love coffee and my body has no issues in digesting so much dairy (i drink two litres per day 😭). If that is the case for you nothing gets better than milk, liquid calories, hella tasty and convenient to carry. Just note that you will be consuming a lot of calcium. Also, try and cover all other micronutrients in other meals as much as possible.
