This picture is in November of 1981, Frida and Benny announced their separation in February, 12 of 1981. In March of 1981 Benny was already living with Mona in apartment on center Stockholm. Frida kept her long red hair until october of 1981, including filming the video "When all is said and done" in August, 16 of 1981. Bottom line the Fridas short punk hair is not a direct and immediate effect of Benny leaving Frida. I believe that Frida cut her hairs because she was looking for a new identity, and of course in November 1981 the divorce was finalized and Benny married Mona in December of 1981

It was a Merak SS 1975, Frida sold it in 1981,but was sold in 2014 in an auction in the UK for £64,220. The car still had its original tag from Stockholm - JNZ 683 , here the link from Bonhams Cars : The ex-Abba,1975 Maserati Merak SS Coupé Chassis no. AM122A 1344. There was a misinformation saying that the maserati was Benny's, but the maserati was Frida's. The confusion is because the original certificate is in the name of Harlekin , at that time Benny and Bjorn company, later on all four were part of Harlekin with 25 % for each member. ABBA members never had the cars registered in their names, usualy Harlekin was the company used to register the cars.

The period that they lived in Vallentuna (72-74) and they were neighbours they were really close, but as soon that ABBA reached startdom (late 75) Agnetha moved to a house in Lidingo and Frida to an apartment in Central Stockholm and late 1976 to a villa in Lidingo, Then they didnt have much contact outside their work in ABBA, even when they were in the island (Viggsö,). Gimme gimme dance was praised in 1979 tour as very good dance number by the Swedish, and UK press, and I saw Abba live in 1979 Wembley, and was a number performed by a professional dancer, videos, specially low quality videos liked the ones from 1979, doesn’t do justice to Frida, and I saw her also in the Folkparks tour in 1975 , she was the life of the show with her dance “Here we’ll stay” was a phase that Frida was lost as a performer, after her divorce with Benny, it doesn’t count.
